Homemade Eucalyptus oil dust mite spray?
I prefer to use natural alternatives when cleaning my home. I know that 25 drops added to the washing machine will kill dust mites. Is there a recipe for a spray that you can put directly on bed linens, mattresses, pillows etc? Thanks!
Try ten to fifteen drops in a half gallon of water, and fill a spray bottle with it as needed. You might also think about adding a few drops of lavender and citrus/orange oil, since lavender and orange oils are natural insect repellents (not to mention that they just smell good, too).
